Established in 1997 in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Fire Prevention Services (FPS) is a full-service inspection, testing, and maintenance company. We offer a wide range of services and fire protection products for all types of buildings, including commercial, industrial, mining, defence,�healthcare, education, and multi-unit residential. �

With branch offices located in Yellowknife, NT and Leduc, AB, our team is dedicated to providing you with best-in-class service in a courteous, safe, and professional manner, across Northern Canada and Alberta. We have many years of combined experience in fire and life safety and bring expertise working in extreme weather and managing the logistics of remote and isolated work.

In 2024, Fire Prevention Services 2016 Ltd. was acquired by Calgary-based ATCO Frontec Ltd. ATCO has operated across the North and throughout Alberta for decades, and their core values align with ours.
